Somenos Marsh Nest Box Monitoring

Join us to monitor nest boxes in the Open Air Classroom in Somenos Marsh. Located just off the highway, north of the Beverly Street intersection the Open Air Classroom is a hidden gem, and a wonderful spot to experience the Somenos marsh, spot wildlife and learn about wetlands. We will be emptying the nest boxes around the boardwalk to record use and species, which helps us improve our marsh-wide nest box program.

Please bring water, weather appropriate clothing, rubber boots and be ready to climb up and down a ladder as we will be working off the boardwalk.
