Bring: water, weather appropriate clothing, and sturdy shoes. We will provide gloves and tools. We will be removing invasive plants to keep them from spreading in the protected area.
Matching donations are available till Sept. 30th to purchase an additional 21 acres. 3/4 of the funding is now in place! Walk with Nancy Turner to explore these lands. Space is limited-please pre-register.
Volunteers will meet at the Somenos Dog Park and carpool from there. Bring water, weather appropriate clothing, and good shoes. We will be recording creek water quality parameters and taking samples.
