Garden Club-Designs for Polinators

Our speaker this month is Emony Nicolls, who will be presenting on “Designing Gardens for Pollinators.” Her presentation will remind us why this is a buzz-worthy topic, the role of native and other pollinators in the garden and our food webs, and how best to create a pollinator paradise in our own backyards.

Emony is an environmental consultant, entrepreneur, and biologist. Before moving to BC, she owned and operated a native plant nursery in Ontario. She now lives, works and gardens on Salt Spring Island.
