Maple Bay Garry Oak Preserve – Volunteer Maintenance

Summer is the time for seed collection in the Nature Conservancy Canada’s (NCC) Cowichan Garry Oak Preserve ecosystem!  Come out and do a bit of gentle collecting with other like-minded folk. Perhaps you’ll see some Blue Bird juveniles flitting about under the now shaded savannah. Maybe you’ll get some ideas for native plants in your own garden!
