Join Somenos Marsh Wildlife Society for a hands-on volunteer event to help protect the Garry Oak Protected Area! The Somenos team will guide the removal of invasive ox-eye daisies to allow native plants to thrive. This is a great way to get outside and give back to the land. Location: The Somenos / S-amunu Garry Oak Protected Area across from Ye-Yumnuts, Duncan, BC. Park at the end of York Road (on the east side of Somenos Creek)
